According to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within five (5) days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

DEFECTIVE product

In case of defective product, in terms of its operation (DOA), the customer has the right to withdraw with a refund or replace the defective product with a new one or replace it with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences contact the store is required) within five (5) days from the date of receipt. In this case, the costs of return (or the new shipment, in cases of replacement / change) will be borne by the Company.

Beaten product

In case of a hit product the customer has the right to withdraw with a refund or replacement of the defective product with a new one or replacement with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences contact with the store is necessary) provided that the product has checked upon receipt, in the presence of the carrier (note that the carrier is obliged to remain during the unsealing process of the products). In this case, the costs of return (or the new shipment, in cases of replacement / change) will be borne by the Company.

Wrong shipment

In case of incorrect shipment of product, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers / partners, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging must be intact and it must contain the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company.

Unnecessary Product Return

The customer has the right to return the products purchased at no cost and without having to explain the reason for his decision to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer is charged the stated return cost.

Returns will only be accepted after the product to be returned has been inspected. The product must be in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered.

In all cases of return, the customer has the responsibility to return all the documents that accompany the product intact and in excellent condition (eg invoice, retail receipt).

In any case, the cost of sending the returns is borne by the buyer.
